This Privacy Policy explains how Zinzan (“Zinzan”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit zinzan.ca and related Zinzan websites (the “Site”). We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25.

  • Technical information. Our servers automatically record IP addresses, browser type and requested pages to keep the Site secure and running.

How we use your information

  • To provide the Site, sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • To display and moderate comments and respond to your messages.
  • To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it (only with your consent).
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising on this Site.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Subject to applicable law, you can:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • withdraw your consent, for example to analytics cookies;
